Does a doctor can understand that we have sex after a urine test?

I have sex with bf and I have urine infection few month back but after sex with my bf i scared to go to doctor for check up as the doctor is my father frd.......so can you let me know that doctor understand if we have sex
But I have bleeding also after sex and I have many sex with him.....still doctor get any idea through urine test
